Noah- Kindergarten Graduation

Bittersweet... My baby graduating from Kindergarten.  He's growing up!

There were 5 K classes at Young elementary that were in the program-- 100 kids!

There was a musical program as well as Kindergarten graduation.  Noah was in a little group that sang "Learning to Read"-- very cute.

Noah's 2 best buddies are next to him in the front row:  Dayton is standing right beside him and Elise is next to Dayton.  The boys have teased Noah about Elise all year (we hear her name a lot).

Mothers Day 2010

My thoughtful family!

The boys all made me wonderful gifts (see below) and Jeff gave me a long back massage.
Although it was a full day- lots of preparation for another business trip-- and just the regular prep for another week.  But, Jeff and the boys made me feel very appreciated and very special.

Thanks to all my boys!  Roses are from Herman's garden.

Noah's gifts- a beautiful card and a potholder with his hand impression.

Taylors gifts- a cool card and lovely picture!

The inside of the card was a beautiful rainbow!

Matthew also made an awesome card and painted an amazing pictures!
The inside of Matt's card contained an acrostic poem for my name.

Morgans bday celebrations 2010 (and a mothers day combo party)

We met the Davis Fam and Mom (Gramma) out at the lake for a combo party---Morgan's birthday and Mother's Day.

It was chilly and the water was frigid, but that didn't keep the kids from swimming:)  First swim of the year for the Seiter boys.

We relaxed by the water- the men did a little fishing.  Then we ate and opened gifts.

Morgan opened his gifts:

The Mother's opened gifts also:

Jeff was messing around with our new camera setting and took this picture-- I included this because it was eerie.

Little Olympics 2010

Matthew was in the 2010 Little Olympics (we teased him and called it "Special Olympics") in which all the Elementary schools in Springdale compete against one another in running events.  Matthew qualified for the 3-legged race and the Obstacle Course.

Young didn't have the greatest performance in the 3-legged race- in fact, they might have come in last place (I'm saving the best for last-- the Obstacle Course).

OOPS!

Like I said, best for last!  Now, the Obstacle Course... Young Elementary won 2nd Place!  The got medals and everything.

And.... he's off...

Heading back

The proud 2nd place team!

It's Great to be Home

I returned from a Business trip to MN after being gone 3 days and 2 nights.  I got home before the kids got home from school, so the house was empty and quiet.  As I took my computer to my office, I saw 4 little notes that had been placed on my desk, where my computer usually resides.

The first 3 notes said "I love you Mom".  The 4th note said "one for every day you've been gone".  They were all written in Noah's handwriting!

It's Great to be home!  Thank you God for blessing me with my family!

Flower Decoration

Noah has loved flowers since he was very young.  He's always been our natural "green thumb" boy-- of course, this tickles Papa!

See the beautiful water arrangement Noah and Taylor created (mostly Noah).  He picked them all from our yard.

Easter 2010

Easter celebration 2010 began with Matthew watching "The Passion" with me and Jeff on Saturday night before Easter.  It was painful for me to see again and I think it was very impactful for Matthew.

To see that happening to our Jesus- almost too much to bear!

After church on Sunday, we all came back to our house for the Annual Egg Hunt.  Papa, Gramma and Miss Connie came to celebrate with us.
